My name is kayleigh and i love food!!
Im not the biggest eater but all the wrong food seems to fall into my mouth!
My downfall was snacking when my now husband did and over the years i went from a 10 to a 14-16 top and16 bottoms! and now Im addicted!! I just wish i knew how hard it would be to lose the weight before i pilled it all on!!

Does any body else want to confess their sins????

Mine is just that food is just so annoyingly placed over here. Why do I have to walk past all the lovely choccy and crisps to get to anything vaguely healthy :( So I just pick up the choccy.

Mine is take aways, im a sucker for them.
Dont help that as soon as you step foot out of my Oh's house there are a million of them and you can smell them

Mine is Take Aways due to laziness, and a complete inability to chose between a bourneville bar, chocloate buttons and a milkybar (brain does not understand that eating all three is a bad idea). Have managed to successfully avoided take away by being skint most of the time and have found the Stars and Stripes bars which are both white and milk choccy in one bar - so within my syn count.

Biccies and crisps here. Nearly succumbed to a Penguin last night (and dont even like them much) then I remembered I had got all the ingredients for the scan bran ginger cake so made that instead. I think I may have just discovered my saviour food!!!

Excellent idea for a thread!

I'm Emma and I'm addicted to food.

Like others, all the wrong foods, and I eat too much of it :( Portion control? What's that?

Oh and my food confession is... hash browns and pasta. Not together but both on their own are just bad ideas. I've managed to wean myself off of bread a bit though so that's one victory in progress. :)

What a great thread - For me i think its just food in general. As a student on placement i find shifts awful and i always seem to get lates and earlies together. So that means leaving work at 9.30pm getting home at 10.30 via the takeaway and then im up at 5am for the early. So during a 7 week placement i can easliy go thru 4 takeaways a week ( OMG what could i do with that money) and i dont mean anything remotely healthy its all kebabs pizza garlic bread with cheese.

And it doesn't stop there i pick ALL day especially crisps and sweets, i make cakes alot with the little one so all that goes in, i pick at his left overs.

Oh and if theres nothing really in i eat things i dont even like HOW CRAZY IS THAT! e.g i hate bourben biscuits but if im in on my own and hubby has them in the cupboard. I get bored and find myself eating them and they whole time i am im saying to myself these are awful. BUT it doesn't stop me eating them

I feel like ive just been to therapy haha

Chocolate crisps and takeaway which is why on top of SW I have given them up for lent.

Boredom eating is another problem for me, I even think to myself "I am not even hungry just eating out of boredom" so I know I am doing it but it doesn't stop me :-(

Its amazing how not having the same routine each day can affect you. Chicken kebab isn't so bad for you though. Do you get a break at any point? My sister works similar shifts to you and has a break at about 6.30pm so eats then rather than waiting till she gets home

I love cooking, entertaining and socialising. All involve food ad drink.
Downfall? EVERYTHING from sweeties and cakes to cheesey at sauces. I do love all the healthy stuff too it just takes longer to cook. I am gradually learning to make wiser choices. Also b4 I go to sleep and b4 I get up I am trying to think about what I want to achieve that day or what I have done, and it has to be something that doesnt involve food! It really helps, food will not control my life!

hya hun we get a break if its not too busy but to be fair its my own fault. Because its only a placement i never get into any sort of routine

Why does the best food have to be bad for you??!! after losing 6 pound this week i vowed to myself to be 100% because Im goin away for a mini break the following week, and iv only gone and scoffed about 4 jam tarts!! God damn that delicious strawberry and crumbly pastry!!

Hi, I'm Jackie and I'm obsessed with food. My life revolves around it and I am forever on a diet. My main problem is not being able to leave anything on my plate, even when I'm bursting full!!!! :-( Think this is a throw back from childhood when I wasn't allowed to leave the table until everything was eaten!!!! So, I'm making sure I don't do that to my kids. It's a habit I can't stop so I try and just prepare just normal portions so theres nothing left over. I hate it and wish I wasn't like that!!!! :-(
