i was just wandering if you do have a meal one day (not that thats my plan yet) whether you still lose weight but just more slow and what happens with your ketosis as it obviously will take you out so will you have to go through the first couple of difficult days for your body to go back into ketosis?

According to the video it will yeah! My pharamacist told me if you even eat a piece of carrot it will knock you out of ketosis and you'll really suffer with hunger again!

Yeah its definatley not worth it! just keep thinking of your goals and how you'll be there in no time!

Good luck on your first week i'm sure you'll do great!

I tend to find that eating the odd bit of dust from the ground still keeps you in ketosis.

ikm finding not licking my fingers after making food or even doing food for the kids very hard.

ahh thanks hun i am tempted by food but not to actually do it i was just wandering as when i read some posts people had done that and i couldnt work out why they would put there self through that again.

good! because were in this together young lady! how are you getting on?? im on day 7 hurray just went for an hour long walk my legs are killing me!! hurray

well done the only walking ive been doing is up and down to the loo. lol
i had my 2nd shake a bit 2 early at 12 ish and i usually wait til 1.30 and now im feeling it. i ran out of my tea last nite but was glad what i ordered arrived today so am just trying to get through with the tea.

wow you have your second shake at one?? i usually have my first about 11/12 my third at about 4/5 and my third about 8/9/10! i work odd hours though
yeah i have the kids who wake me up at 7 so i try and hold on til 9 then have the 2nd at half one/2 and the 3rd at bout 6 then just have tea in the evening. and go bed at 11 lol

Hi all, just a quick tip - regular tea such as PG, Tetley's and such along with caffeinated coffee the body retains more fluid so try switching over to any other green leaf herbal teas and/ or decaff coffee.
