Eating habits

I've realised from doing my food diary that I tend to snack almost constantly all evening :rolleyes: which is probably why I got big again in the first place but at least now the snacks are within my points allowance. I want to try and have bigger meals and cut down on the snacking, whilst I'm currently "in the zone" and sticking to plan as much as I can (2 off days though through stress which I've addressed) I don't want to get to the point where I snack "bad" foods too. I've got a fridge full of point free jelly and loads more in the cupboard to make up if needs be.

I don't really know what to do to stop the evening picking :break_diet:

So far so good! Have had some jam on toast whilst I contemplate what to make for tea. Going to try have a biggish dinner so hopefully I won't snack as much.

Might go for 5 small meals a day that might help me avoid the snacks...

Theres no real problem in snacking providing you stick within your points allowance. I often need to snack and enjoy them sometimes healthy snacks sometimes, chocs or crisps sometimes. I am trying to reduce the unhealthy ones and increase the healthy ones but one step at a time for me.

I am just the same - terrible for snacking in the evenings. I go most of the day not scoffing much at all then have most of my points in the evening. Not quite sure how to tackle that one tho! Maybe need to restrict my snacking a little bit. Let us know how you get on - any tips would be great :)
