I have just started doing slimming world and still quite confused about it all. I work as a flight attendant and am going to singapore tomorrow for 5 days and really worried what i will be able to eat. I will buy lots of fruit for my room and bring weetabix for breakfast but what will i eat for lunch and dinner???
I usually eat soup or subway for lunch and eat thai or singapore noddles for dinner, i think the noodles are mainly in soy sauce with veg, is this ok??
Please please help as really dont want to fail on my first week!!
