help please

eating out at a new indian restaurant on friday night, need help with what to eat and def what to avoid, any suggestions please.

My 'trick' is to have a starter and side dish, but have them brought together instead of a main course. You get a platefull for a fraction of the points. ( sheek kebab and mushroom bajee for example is 9 points as apposed to about 18 for a balti) have a look on the eating out guide at the top of the ww section, then click on the link to 'My long and bumpy journey' there is loads of info on there.

Oh yeah and enjoy yourself!!
 
tandoori chicken or anything that isnt in a sauce will save you considerable points

sauce wise, rogan josh and jalfrezi i believe are lower point options, but you're still looking at around 15-20 points a portion x
