Eating out choice - help please

If you did EE then you could go for the grilled salmon steak and ask for it to be served without the lemon butter and see if they can swap the mash for new potato's (mash will probably be done with cream/ff milk and butter)

Or you could go for the steak option, again ask if they can swap the fries for a jacket or new potato and on EE you will be free providing its grilled and not fried.

I love jacket potatoes so that would work perfectly - thanks :)

It would be nice to know Ive got a choice for both starters and main courses, just incase the menu has changed any

or the gammon with somthing else instead of mash? steak with pots instead of fries and no onion rings?
salmon a good idea too! or even the arrabiata pasta without garlic bread? xxxxxxx

If the soup is veg ask if its been made with any cream first or if its ministrone check if oil has been used. They are a good option but you would have to syn them as you cant trust that they have been prepared in a syn free manner!

Fresh fruit platter sounds good if you ask for the spiced wine syrup to be served on the side and you could just have a little dip and syn it.

Itallian tuna salad sounds fab, again, you would have to ask for the vinigarette on the side.
