    Im going to brum soon shopping and for lunch .....
    i need ideas on what to get for lunch and where to go?
    that wont use many syns
    i tend to have green days

    Well, jacket spud and beans is ideal. I have to have lunch at Asda on a Monday, and didnt fancy the spud so had a chicken salad low fat sandwich and a banana. Worked out the syns at home, deducted 6 syns for chicken as a healthy B and it was 8 syns total. I'm sure others have much better ideas than me lol

    The usual salady stuff or yes jacket spud.. or noodles .. take some alpen bars or something similar with you :D
