Well, jacket spud and beans is ideal. I have to have lunch at Asda on a Monday, and didnt fancy the spud so had a chicken salad low fat sandwich and a banana. Worked out the syns at home, deducted 6 syns for chicken as a healthy B and it was 8 syns total. I'm sure others have much better ideas than me lol
