What can I have that is low syn? I am tempted to just go and have whatever I fancy as I weigh in on Friday morning and will then be going out for lunch so would have a full week to stick to plan from there.

Thank you, my brain isn't firing on all cylinders today, no idea why I didn't think to search. I blame the baby I have had attached to me most of the day!
