Eating out on Saturday night - help!

Don't eat Naan bread - it's a nightmare!

I think I'd go for boiled rice and have something chickpea based or spinach based. Usually the mains come with a bit of a description so if you keep in mind your free foods then that will help. Generally the portions are quite big so I think I'd eat slowly and plan to leave a bit, often with I think with an Indian this is easier as the serving dishes are separate from your plate.
