Eating out

Thanks for the welcome.I can see I will get a lot of help here as well as making new buddies
I have been on Xenical for 1 week and have lost 8lbs. already.I don't expect to lose that much again but it has certainly got me started

I think I could do with some help here.In the next 2 weeks we are going out with friends twice for pub meals and then I am away for a weeks holiday.
I know my husband will want to eat out sometimes.
If you were me what would you be looking at to eat for evening meals
I will be ok for breakfast and lunch as I can do that myself
Eating out is going to be a problem

Dinners....

Pasta with tomato based sauces
Rissoto
Chicken served without any sort of sauce, ask for baked potato, not chips
Vegetarian lasagne
Chilli con carne and rice (vegetarian version prob have less fat)

Ohhh running out of ideas now:confused: HTH

Like abby said and fill up on salad and veggies. There will be plenty of stuff for you to eat. Have fun on your holls :D
