Eating out

Hi everyone,

I've recently joined weight watchers after following slimming world for 2 years where I lost 2 stone started going round in a nasty circle of losing a couple of pounds then putting a couple on :(, hence joining Weight Watchers to try and shift some more weight :)!

My problem is I'm finding it difficult to get my head around eating out, at SW I knew I could go to an Italian and eat a huge bowl of pasta and it be hardly any syns, however on ww I can't do that :(!

Could someone please recommend some dishes that are low in pp and give me the points values for some of the main resturants out there i.e bella italia, TGIs, zizzis, pizza express, chinese resturants, slug and lettuce? I'm not a fussy eater the only thing I won't really eat is fish. If you have ideas for low point starters and desserts they would also be appreciated!
