Eating plans

Would you guys recommend do different plans each day, or do u to stick to mostly one plan? For last week I been doing EE and quite like it, the 2 weeks before that i was just alternating between red and green days. I dont wanna just stick with the one plan tho if its gonna slow down my weight loss.
So whats your experiences do u find swapping and changing through the week works, or do u stick to mostly the one plan??

Changing plans does work. It makes your body work that little bit harder to loose the pounds and get rid of the fat. Variety is the key to this plan, however, you can still stick to EE plan (for example), but vary what you have each day/week.
When I started I did 6 Red 1 Green a week, that then changed to 5 Rd and 2 Green, now I've almost completed a month of EE and love it.
Think next week, I will go back to Red and Green for a couple of days though just to add variety.

It really depends on the individual, as each of us reacts differently to the plans. I prefer green/ee, but find red days are better for me for loss but others find green works fine. I find the ee days are more flexible for me, esp if I am out and about so tend to stick to them even if it slows my loss down a bit.

I've done EE all the way, but have done red and green in the past. I lost faster with red than green but felt hungry. With EE I'm not hungry and losing as well as I ever did! Horses for courses, just go with what suits you, it will work whatever you do! (great isn't it?)
