Eating too much free food?

    I have been following the rules really well for 10 days but weight has stayed the same. Am I eating too much fre food or too big portions? how big portions do you have please? syns have been between 5-10. any ideas please?:(

    Excellent advice from Allie, also maybe more fluids, greater variety of foods. My understanding for portion size is to eat until you are comfortably full. Not stuffed and need a lie down!:)
