EE 1st week & a maintain!

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? I'll just post the last 3 days worth but all week has been pretty much exactly the same.

B: None (That was a one off!)
L: Marmite sandwich with apple & satsuma
D: Spaghetti Bol: Extra Lean mince, beef stock, passatta, carrots, red & yellow peppers, 3 sticks of celery, onion, garlic. Spaghetti, served with salad.
Mullerlight
Sparkling water
Coke Zero
2 cups of tea.
A: Semi Skimmed
B: 2 x Wholemeal bread

Syns: 25g popcorn - 5

B: Scrambled Egg, beans & Ham.
Tea & Sweetener
L:Ham & Salad Sandwich with apple & pear
D:pork Chops, baby potatoes, parsnips, peas, carrots
Tuna, pasta, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes
2 x satsuma's
Diet coke


HEA Semi Skimmed
HEB Wholemeal bread
Syns: Mini hifi 3
Salad Dressing 3

B: Bacon & Egg Sandwich with ketchup (1)
L: Low Fat supernoodels, apple
D: Pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, low fat mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes
Strawberries, 2 x satsumas, apple

HEB Wholemeal bread

Syns: Ketchup 1
Light Mayo 3
Nando's Sauce 1

So, please tell me what I'm doing wrong! Too many carbs? But I always lost on green days so I'm not sure if that would cause me a problem?

Nothing is really jumping out at me to suggest why you might have maintained. Some people find that their first week they do maintain, or even gain, until their body re-adjusts itself. I'd suggest sticking to EE for at least 1 more week, before becoming discouraged and switching plans.
 
All looks good to me too.. Do you drink much water? Maybe try increasing your water intake. Stick to it for another week like Stevie said it may be your body adjusting x
 
I would stick with it for another week also. The only comment I'd make is that you don't seem to have had any superfree with your breakfast on days 2 and 3 and maybe you could try something different for your HEb than bread. Good luck for this week.
