EE advice?

Hi Everyone, i am new here and found the web site via google.
I have a friend who has started Slimming World she does a plan called Extra Easy, i have an under active Thyroid Gland and have only lost 6lbs in around 13 weeks, ( i have been doing WW )i am also hungry a lot of the time.
Could anyone advise me if this plan really works, or are the green/red days still the best plan ?.

I want to be fitter again
have a read through peoples food diaries for ideas of what they eat. Most people now incorporate EE in their week unless they are vegetarian or are not fussy about too much meat. Many people on here have reached target by just doing extra easy Good luck and enjoy xx

Hi, I lose weight very slowly but i can regularly lose weight on ee, usually 1lb for me. I am trying very hard at the moment to eat more super free and super speed foods in the hope it might help my loses.

But the plan does work. I think its important to only eat when hungry and eat until satisfied. I like to eat and have to remind myself that i am not hungry, because actually i eat more than when i was on ww with good results.
