EE fillet steak

i just heat a griddle pan up with frylight, season the steak either with salt and pepper or Schwartz do a lovely 'pepper steak' seasoning, make sure all the extra fat is cut off and cook on each side to your liking.
Id say either serve with jacket potato and salad or SW chips and salad, or Veg if you prefer. Or do a loaded potato (Halve the potato and Scoop out middle when nearly cooked, mix with quark or yogurt and spring onion and season and then pop back into the skin and top with your HexA cheese and cook till the cheese melts).
Yummm im hungry now!!
