Hi All

I am a former SW member having got to target from going to class back in August 08 for my wedding. Have since put 10lbs on and need to shift them.

EE is new to me and i am trying to get to grips and just wondered if someone could have a look over what I have eaten today to see if I have done it right:

Brekkie: Muller light, rasberries and Banana

Lunch: Home made fish pie- prawns, salmon and cod, sauce made of quark and fat free fromage frais and topping was mashed butternut squash and sweet potatoes

Tea: Pasta mixed with tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken with herbs.

Syn- 1 Alpen light bar

A choice- Milk for cuppas

B choice- dont think I have had one?

Welcome back!! I'm sure you will get that 10lb off in no time! Personally I follow Red & Green but do understand EE, your diary seems fine to me, the only thing I can really mention is that you can have 2x Alpen Light bars for your HEB choice which means you could use your syns on something else if you wanted to.
