Scrambled egg with peppers, onions and fried mushrooms (had this yesterday, but put some cheese on it, but if you need your HEA you could omit it)

Grilled Chicken and Pasta with Salad

I use made the SW quiche (I did use 42g of extra light cheddar for my healthy A) and it was yummy. Husband and sons ate it too with no complaints.

For EE lunch today I made chicken noodle soup!

Chicken stock, chicken, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs and fine egg noodles.

Was super yummy!

i tend to have chicken pasta with cucumber, toms, onions with tesco light choices salad dressing. is yummy.
