I have some pork mince in the freezer that I'd like to use this week. Can anybody suggest any nice recipes for using it up?

I also saw a recipe a while back that would prob be free on sw too (if you didnt use oyster sauce). Soy sauce, or oyster sauce, with ginger spices and garlic and chilli served with basmati rice. It looked really nice. Think you would have to syn the oyster sauce xx
