:sigh: i am really really struggling this time - i had a break after i came off LL and am really strugglig hard with this diet.

Someone suggested splitting the packs in two so i am going to ry that from tommorrow


Does anyone else have any pearls of wisdom to stop me raiding the fridge please???

hee hee imagine your collegues if you accidentally clicked the pic ha ha i bet your face would be red for a month!!!



I dont seem to have a problem in the daytime - its when i get home, and the my bf comes home later than me by a couple of hours so iused to just have a buttie, or a pck of crips till he got home and then have a big tea with him late at night. Needless to say he is as skinny as a rake!

I suppose figuiring out why i was eating all the time is going to help me the most and hopefully stop it in the future?

i thought i was the only one that kept my "fat picture" on my phone! i look at mine when ever i want a drink....alcoholic that is. food has never been a problem with me....beer did me in....*sigh*

Hi Samwidge,
hope you are feeling better now, drink the water, experiment with the shakes - add peppermint to the chocolate, taske them hot, cold, mousse anything but stay away from the fridge. Once you are in ketosis you will be fine - that will happen. Best of luck.

don't under any circumstances drink on this diet, it's very dangerous to do so, please read the thread on drinking on VLCD's. If you are planning to drink you have to eat, so be careful. If you were only joking of course, then best of luck to you going out and being the most popular driver in the group. Enjoy.

I keep looking at my honeymoon pics of me in a bikini and at just below my wanabe target weight, this gives me a pep up as this is what I want to be again!! Its hard when cooking and having food for the rest of your family but pictures do help. stick thin pic to the front of your fridge saying After and a now pic inside your fridge to remind you to get out and leave alone!! lol I am gonna do this now...! I started yesterday and finding it tough, hopefully when ketosis sets in it should be allot easier! Hope it comes to stay soon!

woo! i'm not the only one! i can't believe i've been sober for almost a month now....that hasn't happened since....before i had my first drink! wow.
i would love one though. haha. :party0016:

Hi Samwidge, the first 10 days to 2 weeks were the worst for me. Just KEEP AWAY from the fridge and glug glasses of cold, sparkling water...once ketosis kicks in you won't feel hungry or even crave food. Once you have your first WI, that will motivate you too. I never caved in ONCE. Even though I found it tough in the first week or two and I am SO GLAD I didn't. You will be too. Good luck hun.

aw thanks guys - not having my firts weigh in till friday now as i couldnt get to the paharmacy in time! oh well another few days to lose a few more pounds!
