Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any custard recipe's using egg replacement. A friend of mine suggested that this would help me better manage my weight by having something closer to custard rather than trying and failing to cut out my favourite foods.
I have had a lot of success with egg white powders in meringues (my other kryptonite!!) but I have been trying to make baked custard and failed miserably each time. I am currently try Orgran No Egg, Egg replace mix but if anyone has any better products available in the uk please let me know.
