Me again. Until I get to join a class and get the books can someone help me with pp value of egg whites using 2/4/5 egg whites.

Oohh I am glad you have said that. Might count 4 egg whites as 3 pp to be on the safe side.

I know its 0pp for one egg white but when it's 2 it goes up to 1pp. BUT I'm also fairly sure that between 2 and 5 egg whites is still only 1pp... Read that somewhere before. So at most I'd put 2pp for your egg whites (but it may only be 1pp!)

It doesn't go up to two points until you use 6 egg whites and stays at two till eleven ( which can't be good for u anyway)
