Ive recently started slimming world, have decided to track my food online, any suggestions would be appreciated!

Tuesday - 1st day

Breakfast - crumpet
flora

MM - pear
melon
muller light yoghurt

Lunch - Ham 1 slice
lettuce
tomato
bread roll - H/B
250mls semi skimmed milk - H/A

Dinner - stir fry veg
chicken
chilli

snack - rich tea biscuits x 2

pack of fruit winders

poppadoms - 16 syns (eek!!)

winders - 2.5 syns
total - 22.5!!!
