    Hi,
    Ive recently started slimming world, have decided to track my food online, any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Tuesday - 1st day

    Breakfast - crumpet
    flora

    MM - pear
    melon
    muller light yoghurt

    Lunch - Ham 1 slice
    lettuce
    tomato
    bread roll - H/B
    250mls semi skimmed milk - H/A

    Dinner - stir fry veg
    chicken
    chilli

    snack - rich tea biscuits x 2

    syns - crumpet - 3
    flora - 0.5
    2 x rich tea biscuits 4

    mushrooms
    peppers

    4 rich tea biscuits thoughout day - 8 syns

    total syns - 13

    rice
    curry powder
    carrot
    courgette
    onion
    poppadoms x 4
    rich tea biscuits x 2
    pack of fruit winders

    poppadoms - 16 syns (eek!!)
    rich tea biscuits - 4 syns
    winders - 2.5 syns
    total - 22.5!!!
