hello, i have just joined the site after starting weight watchers pro points yesterday.

i have previously done the old points diet and lost a stone, i couldnt get the hang of pro points and didnt lose for weeks so i gave up.

now the stone has crept back on!! :cry:

so i have decided to give pro points another try.
not too sure what im doing but this is my dairy!

i am on 29 pro points a day.

yesterday i had..

breakfast:
special k mini breaks - 3pp
banana - 0pp

total : 3pp

lunch:
chicken & mushroom pot noodle - 11pp
banana - 0pp

total: 11pp

dinner:
youngs, admirals fish pie - 9pp
nobbly bobbly ice lolly - 6pp

total: 15pp

daily used: 29pp


today.....

breakfast:
banana - 0pp
WW cranberry&sunflower oat biscuit - 2pp

total: 2pp

lunch:
WW Bolognese al forno - 9pp

total: 9pp

dinner:
WW peperoni pizza - 13pp
Mr Whippy + flake - 6pp

total: 19pp

daily used: 30pp (daily + 1 of weekly 49)

as you can see i am a fan of my ice lollies/ice creams. dont know if anyone else is but today i found some calypso mineral water ice lollies, nice yummy fruit flavours but all natural and 0pp so i will be having them after dinner from now on ;)
