Hi, newbie here. I have decided to join SW😊
Going to use this website for support and to post my food diary.
My start weight is 16st8lb. My weigh in day is Friday.
Today’s food plan is....

Breakfast - bacon, spinach, tomatoes, 15g cheese (1/2 hexa) 2 x toast (hexb)

Lunch - ham, mushroom & spring onion omelette, beans

Dinner - Spaghetti and meatballs (using SW tomato sauce and SW meatballs) with added spinach, onion, mushrooms, 15g cheese (1/2 hexa)

Supper - grapes, blueberries & fat free yoghurt

Will probably have some chocolate or something sweet to up my syns during the day, will update later. ☺️

I joined here this week too and used to follow Slimming World quite successfully. I lost three stone on it the first time I joined (which took me to two pounds from target) so I found it was pretty effective, despite how much I was "allowed" to eat. I am back to my starting weight now but I can't blame the diet for that- all my own doing!

I hope you find similar success with the plan and meet your goal :)
 
Maannn I had a whole post typed up and I lost it!😩
Anyways, basically just back to say that I haven’t been on SW since September but somehow managed to only gain 2lbs. I’m happy with that. We have just booked a mini break to Amsterdam in March so I’m setting myself a little goal to lose maybe half a stone (hopefully more) if I can by then.
Here is my food plan for today, I still do some green days even though it isn’t acknowledged by SW anymore.😊

Breakfast - spinach omelette, 500ml water

Lunch - baked potatoes (3) quorn chicken mayonnaise (2) salad, chickpeas. 500ml water

Dinner - quorn chicken wraps (using 2 WW wraps as my 2 hexbs) homemade Cajun wedges, salad. Lemonade (3.5)

Supper - hot choc (2 syns + 400ml semi skimmed milk as both my hexas) yogurt (2) blueberries, orange, 500ml water

Syns total - 12.5

Today’s food plan.

Breakfast - kiwis, strawberries, banana

Lunch - veggie sausage wrap (hexb) with tomatoes, cucumber, salad. Caramel latte (3.5)

Dinner -, tandoori chicken kebabs (syn free) I’m so excited for this! 😊 have all the ingredients marinating and it smells amazing!

Supper - will update later. Got to fit in my 2 hexas somewhere too. Syns will probably be used on crisps or chocolate somewhere tonight. Will update.

Breakfast - fruit salad

Lunch - quorn sausage wrap (2 syns plus a hexb) tomatoes, cucumber, salad, caramel latte (3.5)

Second lunch (i was hungry) - spinach omelette, iced coffee (2 hexas)

Dinner - tandoori chicken kebabs, Dr Pepper (3.5)

Supper - kiwis, chomp (5.5)

Syns - 14.5
 
Food for today.

Breakfast - quorn sausage wrap with spinach and eggs (2 syns + hexb)

Lunch - fruit salad, iced coffee (using 400ml unsweetened almond milk)

Dinner -leftover tandoori chicken with vegetable rice (2,5) side salad

Supper - we are having a move night tonight, which is when we would usually order takeaway, so I’m having a weird combo of things to satisfy me!
Malteasers hot choc (5 syns + hexa)
Homemade wedges (0.5 syn for Nando’s peri peri salt)
Blueberries
Kiwi

10 syns... will probably have a cracker or two to round it up.

Breakfast - poached egg, bacon and tomatoes on toast (HEXB)

Lunch - 3 cracked pepper crackers (4.5) salmon in sweet chilli sauce (1.5) cucumber, spinach, iced coffee (HEXA)

Dinner - Sage and butternut squash sausages, mustard mash (1) sprouts, salad.

Supper - Squares marshmallow Rice Krispie bar (6) blueberries,

Syns - 13 - have an extra hexa to use up too, maybe some cheese on top of my mash? We’ll see 😊 xxx

Green day.

Breakfast - weetabix (HEXB) milk (HEXA)

Lunch - mustard and spring onion mash (1) quorn sausages (2) spinach

Dinner - Linda McCartney mozzarella burger (5.5) wholemeal roll (HEXB) homemade cheesy chips (0.5 syn for peri peri salt + 30g cheese (HEXA)) salad, corn on the cob

Dessert - Jelly (0.5) blueberries

Supper - fruit salad, 3 cracked pepper crackers (4.5)

Syns - 14
 
Yesterday’s food.. didn’t get a chance to post last night!

Breakfast- hash brown and omelette (5) iced coffee (2 x hexas)
Lunch - quorn chicken wrap (hexb)
Dinner - ordering Chinese tonight, so having beef in black bean sauce (8)
 
Tomorrow is weigh in, I’m a bit nervous to be honest. I’m usually a serial weigher and I’ve somehow miraculously managed not to even have a peak at all this week, so I have no idea what’s going to happen tomorrow. Fingers crossed though 😊

Lunch - went to the cinema... large tango ice blast (3.5) two tangerines, 3 crackers (4.5)

Lunch - ham & cheese wrap (hexb + hexa) choc mousse (3.5) pear, orange

Dinner - pork chops with homemade roast potatoes, steamed veggies, jelly (0.5)

Supper - 132g halo peanut butter ice cream (8) - I’m so excited for this!! 😜😊

Dinner - mixed grill (steak, chicken, bacon, peas, tomatoes, mushrooms) homemade chips, 2 x cheese slices (hexa) mustard (1)

Supper - halo peanut butter ice cream (4) with strawberries, grape juice (2)

Lunch - 1/2 carrot & coriander soup (1.5) ham & cucumber wrap (HEXB)

Snack - strawberries and melon

Dinner - off to Nando’s tonight, so having butterfly chicken (3) with spicy rice (3.5) macho peas (8.5!!! 😳) salad and Diet Coke.

Syns - 17.5... those macho peas really screwed me over! I thought they’d be low!! 😫 lesson learnt 😔

So that’s the second week done for me, I’m really proud of myself 🙂 yes it’s only 2 weeks... but it’s took me a while to get back into the swing of things but I’m here 🙂 weigh in tomorrow morning, I’m not expecting anything major, I lost 4lbs last week which usually means I won’t have a big loss at second weigh in, but that’s okay. I feel much better when I’m eating better which is making me happy 😌
I’m off to Leeds on Tuesday for the night with my sister for some retail therapy, we are staying over the night and I’m already freaking out over staying on plan! I think we are going to Nando’s for dinner which is great, it’s just the snacks between then, but I’m determined to hit my goal for Amsterdam so I’m going to try super hard to stick to it 100%. It’s only 1 night! I can do it 😊

Lunch - tuna salad , cup of tea (1)

Dinner - Mac and cheese (2 HEXA + 2 syns for mustard)

Supper - 132g peanut butter ice cream - this is my weigh day treat.. still counting the syns though 😋 (8)
