Have just been musing about this on my diary thread and thought I'd ask here. I bought cream today - the lovely ship is finally unloading goodies into the shops. Just been looking at the carton and it's not real cream, it's Elmlea. 3.9g carbs per 100ml - that doesn't sound too bad to me, but it is more than real cream. I'd like to be able to use it in recipes. Anyone have any thoughts on whether it would be OK?
