Good Morning all,I hope your all well?! I have taken the plunge to do this exante diet after lurking on here for the past few months.Never done a vlcd diet before so here goes 
can anyone give me any tips please? Also im going for a birthday meal on Saturday to Frankie and bennys and I was wondering what I could have to eat as I know I will only have been on the diet for 4 days and don't want to mess anything up ( cant get out of the meal I have tried that one )xx
