B..muller light yogurt..

L..lettuce,tomatoes,prawns with thousand island dressing(syned 4?)

T...homemade lasagne,peas..(syned 5)(cheese HEA)

Supper...round of wholemeal toast(HEB),few tinned tomatoes

Snacks...muller light yogurt.
