Well ive been doing slimming world since feb and hav been doing great then last week i lost all motivation and hav eaten everythin in sight making myself feel ill but still carried on! Not just eating more like binge eating! So ive just eaten the last crumpets and made sure theres nothing bad in the house and its time to get back to basics and get this weight moving again!
So im goin throu my books and planning my meals so my first post tomoz will b the more determined me!
Soz for blabbering on but i really need to do this n sort my head out!!!
 
You're right, I have just restarted and spent the first few days writing a meal plan, going through old SW mags for recipes and "getting my brain in gear".

Tea- cod broccoli cauliflower carrots tartar sauce 1.5 syns

Been abit off tracks n thats why ive not posted but ive been weighed gained 1 1/2lbs n now im back!!!
