Hello all, I just joined WW last night. Still pretty unsure about the points values of things, but think I'm doing not too bad so far. Does anyone know any of the points values of items i've got down here?
Any pointers, advice, tips and support most welcome!

Edit: Finally getting my head around points values, thanks to WW online!
Allowed 33 points a day.

Day 1:
Special K cereal bar, glass of orange juice and coffee - 5am 4pp
Bowl of cereal (kid sized) and skimmed milk, slice of french toast, bottle of water - 10am 4pp
2 Slices brown bread, 1 slice chicken, babybel, WW lemon cake slice, bottle of water - 1pm -10pp
WW Chicken Tikka (12pp) - 8pm
WW Peanut Bar - (2pp)

Total: 32/33

Day 2:
Bowl of cereal (kid sized) and semi skimmed milk, coffee and glass of orange juice - 9am 5pp
2 Turkey Rashers, 2 Slices of brown bread 7pp
WW Cheese and Onion Crisps 2pp
Morrisons Mac and Cheese 17pp
WW Caramel Creamed Rice 3pp

Total: 32/33

I'm sure there are plenty of people who will guide you on the points but honestly, you do need to sit down with the books over the next few days and have a good snoop :p
It's really hard, and propoints take a lot of working out but you can do it! When I first started I went around writing the points value over EVERYTHING! I still do sometimes! Just made life a bit easier!

You can buy electronic points calculators at meetings and they are one of the best investments you can make!

Hiya, yeah I joined on Wed night. Just can't find anything to help me work out the points though?
 
Morning Emma :) Ive just restarted me WW journey. I wont be going to classes, i cant get there, if you have a smartphone theres a great app i use called 'ultimate value diary' it works everything out for me :D hope this helps xxx
 
oh thanks for that, will download the app! Have only realised tonight that WW online adds all the points for me! yay so I can finally add some points values in for you all!

Day 3:
Breakfast: 5am
Special K bar - 2pp
Coffee and semi skimmed milk - 1pp
Orange Juice - 1pp

Work Break #1 9:30am
30g Curiously Cinnamon and skimmed milk - 4pp

Work Break #2 12:30pm
WW Wrap - 3pp
Cooked Chicken Slices - 1pp
Mustard - 1pp
Shape Delights Chocolate - 3pp

Dinner 6pm
WW Sausage and Mash - 9pp (though I didn't eat the mash, so calling it 7pp?)
Slice of WW bread - 2pp

Anytime:
WW Sweet Chilli Crisps - 2pp

Have been doing really well these first few days, but blew it all tonight! Went shopping after work with my friend ended up in McDonalds for dinner, and even though I felt full, and said it, I still carried on until I'd finished :(

Day 4:

Breakfast 5am
Special K bar - 2pp
Orange Juice - 1pp
Coffee with semi skimmed milk - 1pp

Break in work 10am
WW Peanut Dream bar - 2pp

Lunch 1:30pm
WW Wrap - 3pp
Turkey Ham - 3pp
2 Turkey Rashers - 3pp
WW Angel Cake Slice 2pp

Snack 4pm
Velvet Crunch - 2pp

Dinner 8pm
1/4 Pounder meal with diet coke - don't even want to think how many points :(

Not WI till Wednesday night, going to Zumba on Monday, Bootcamp and Zumba on Tuesday so hopefully can shift some of that McDonalds before Wed night!

It's just the regular one, Got 2 packs in the fridge to be ate before I buy anymore, but the light ones are 1pp I believe?

oh what a day!! My mum got back from holiday today at 5:30am, luckily though I need to get up at 5 for work anyway, but with all the holiday talk I forgot to lift my cereal for my work break :( Staff canteen only has fried stuff so tried to eat as best I could. Then ended up at Metafit tonight, never even heard of it before, OMG! It is army training - no joke! Apparently you burn 800cals at it!! Then went to zumba straight after. Now I can't move, lol!

Day 7: (first weigh in tomorrow night, really hope I've lost something!)

Seem I'm really under for the day, but I don't feel hungry and I'm honestly too tired and sore just now to even think of anything else apart from my bed!
 
Flipping heck! My friend went to a boot camp and it was like army she was horrified lol then u went Zumba after!! Well done you I would of been straight home after it lol
