Emotional eating + self sabotage

Well I'm only on day 11 and I've fallen off the wagon big time, well I've not had fish n chips or 10 donuts but I've eaten chocolate and a sandwich today and not because I was missing actual food but because when I'm bored or fed up, food has always been my go-too. Emotional eating has always been my thing when I'm fed up or lonely and today I caved.

I've not made plans over the weekend because I thought it would be tricky with the diet but I was actually better last weekend with a busy schedule then this week on my own!!! Day 1 tomorrow I guess!!!

Anyway else relate??
 
Hello im the same when im bored ive done nothing this weekend and so wish i had. Im sat watching tv in and out of the kitchen lol.

Start again u can do it uve come so far already x
 
Yep, back to it tomorrow. I've not had any more today so reckon I've only had 1100 Cals even if it is off plan.
