Hi C*********.
I started at the end of April 2011 and I have lost over 6st up to date & 1/3 of my body weight.
I only started to cook when I started SW as my wife got fed-up with me telling her what ingredients to use and how to cook them so she said "you cook then" and since then I have, "learnt by mistakes" Please enjoy the recipes and if you don't understand anything, ask!. I am not a trained cook but when I get an idea for something I have to try it......
