End of Week one...

Well after the first week I have lost 11lbs, which I'm really, really pleased with. It was reading all the inspirational diaries on here that made me decide to do it.
I have pretty much liked all the shakes,
I have tried all the bars and like them,
Haven't tried soup, but I dont really like it
Mac & cheese with cauli, had one and liked had the next day and couldnt finish!
Spicy Spag Bol liked
Cottage Pie yuk!!!
Felt hubgry at the weekend, so was having protein (more than 100g) and veg, which I think made a huge difference.
My plan for the next week is to have 4 packs a day Mon-/thu (or Fri), then protein and veg Sat/Sun
Thanks to all of you who have done so well, I wouldn't have started otherwise!:character00238:
