Hi folks,
VLF cottage cheese, it's a new product. I make the slimming world quiche with the VLF onion and chive cottage cheese from tesco and add med veg, eggs and ham and cook it off in the oven.
Today I saw a new one in the cottage cheese ailse. It's VLF and the cals are the same per 100g but its with red pepper and pesto. So I did a new quiche today with med veg and the eggs and the cottage cheese and put in some left over cooked chicken and boy that was super yummy!
The big question, is the VLF cottage cheese free or has it syns? I cant imagine its very high if it has.
Any ideas anyone?
