Evans clothes are officially too big

#1
Well all I am delighted to say that I have reached a size 14 and can no longer buy my clothes in Evans :D

I changed my CDC a few weeks ago and the woman is fabulous and has really spurred me on.

She has actually made me realise that I can finish this :D

Take care all

Well done, I can't wait to be a 14 I think I may wear my clothes inside out so everyone can read the size hee hee, I'm fed up with carrying clothes round shops making sure the size label is tucked in and my hand is over the bit on the hanger xx

Thanks guys,

Deb you don't need any oomph you looked fab at Brum :D

Angela ; soz hun all my clothes have aready been grabbed by old workmates (I must stop shopping, they need never buy clothes again - lol)

Sarah, I used to do that too, i'd always turn the coathanger round or fold the clothes over the top to hide the size tag. Not that anyone could miss how big i was though if i'm honest.

All I can say is that if I can do this then anyone can, I tried and failed on soooo many diets it was untrue, and I don't think i would have stuck to it at all if it wasn't for you guys here so THANK YOU :thankyou:

Keep going

Well done everyone who can no longer shop at Evans...!

I must admit although the place was a godsend in the 10 years before I did CD, boy will I be glad when it's not the first port of call when buying clothes.

Nice things about CD is that it has brought me to size 16 / 18 really quickly (I was 22 bordering on 24, eeek!) and lots of 'normal' shops and ranges go up to those sizes.

My local Evans is proudly displaying a sign saying something like "We now stock size 14!!!" I was amazed to see it as I couldn't imagine why anyone who was size 14 would want to walk through the door!!

Well done - you are an inspiration to me.
