Having lost over 5 stone on slimming world last year and now having put 2 and a half of it back on I really want to make a go of it this time. I have to be honest, I can't go to groups as I get way too competetive and I wouldn't mind losing weight a bit slower and keeping it off this time. I am gonna keep this diary so that I can see what meals I like, what is low syn and what I wouldn't eat again. It should also help make sure I am eating in a more balanced way.
So, for today:
B - 2 bananas and an apple (free)
L - chicken breast with chinese flavouring (1.5 syns) and lettuce
T - 2 extra lean beef burgers in small wholemeal rolls, with 25 g cheese (2 x HEB) (1 x HEA)
S - 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA), Nescafe double choca mocha (4.5 syns), mint muller light (free)
