Even skinny people lose weight on this ....

Hehe. My boss noticed I was losing weight, so I began evangelising about Food Optimising. She told me how miserable her girlfriend is because she's put on a couple of stone, so I gave her some mags and one of the recipe books to see if they might help her. Which indeed, they have - she's lost just over a stone in four weeks, and is absolutely over the moon.

My boss is a tiny little girl, 5ft 2 and 8st 5lbs. She decided to give her missus a bit of support by doing the plan along with her ..... and is now 7st 13lbs!! Oh my god. :D

She doesn't want to drop any more weight, so is there anything she can do within the plan to stop it? Is there a maintenance version?

more healthy extras, its just a case of finding the right balance but definitly not increasing syns as that is unhealthy but more bread, cereal, milk, dried fruit and nuts, cheese etc.

Is there a specific number of HEXs you should have for maintenance? Also is there anywhere apart from the official books we can find out the complete list of HEXs? I've been working off some info my mother gave me from when she did SW a few years ago, I've never had the books and don't know any HEXs apart from the bread and milk.
Hi, once at target you increase your healthy extras until you maintain. It's a trial and error thing, some people need only one more and some can have up to 4 more! Its bread, cereal, cereal bars, cheese and milk mainly and then meat/fish on a green day and potatoes/beans/pulses on a red day.
The complete list of HEX's is on the website or in the official books, they keep the whole story out of the books you buy off the shelf in order to get people to go to class.
I would say to eat what her girlfriend eats but have more of the restricted good stuff. Don't just eat more chocolate, crisps or biscuits!!

OK I'll pass that on, hopefully if she eats a couple more HEXs it'll stop her shrinking to nothing.

I just find it hilarious that this plan even gets the weight off people who don't need to lose it! :D

And i love SW too but it ain't working for me!
