I've never heard this before? Did your consultant say this to you at induction?
Yeah he did. I think hes on bout like u dnt ave 2, bt try 2 cus u avoid picking out and eating anything wen ure starving and waited ages. 2 keep ya metabolism going! Its nt the rules, i think its just advice.
A general rule for anybody is to eat small and often.Your consultant is right it does keep your metabolism going. However I think you should see what works for you. Try the SW way of eating till your full when your hungry then perhaps one day try small amounts of food often. I like picking at fruit through out the day and I love the Mug Shots aswell. I always have cold meats in the fridge as they are great to nibble on.
grazing doesn't work well for me, but if thats your plan go for superfree foods to snack on, tomatoes, carrot sticks, fruits
