Everyone needs the 'shop' book!

    I've been looking through the 'shop' book and realised that alot of the WW food you can buy from supermarkets are the same if not higher than the supermarket brands! but of course WW is more expensive!

    I am so glad i've got this book now, makes its so much easier too!!

    I really think i can do it this time!x

    if you order over the phone you and get the ultimate essentials kit i think its called you get a track book, shop book, eat out book, ww calculator and tape measure for only £15 including delivery. BARGAIN!!

    I've caved and bought it last night. Its just nice to have as a back up incase i fancy something new :D

    I dont use mine for branded food, I prefer my points calculator incase something has changed since the book was printed. Theres a lot of discrepancies in the book due to places changing ingredients etc

    But I love it for things I cant find the nut value for, usually bakery things when someones brought cakes into work lol
