everyone that has a Food diary

Hi everyone i have been struggling to get back on track and the weight i lost 17lbs is creeping back on. I was
thinking of doing a food diary on here. for everyone that has one does it help ?
 
I only started one this week and I find it great. I can fill it out with all my ramblings and I can catch up on what everyone else is doing. Its also a distraction that stops me going to the biscuit tin!
 
It really helps you focus on what you're eating, syn count, helps with getting support from others if you're stuck or unsure. So many benefits to keeping a food diary, as fairytale says , you can get a but of a social/network of support and shoot the breeze too.
