    Hi all,

i usd the LT diet for 3 weeks but had to stop due to starting a new job and problems with my wages. Its all sorted now but im being drawn to exante due to the cost. Now i understand exante to have the same results as LT but are there any other differences?

    Thanks in advance

Not a chance! I was paying £36 a week for my LT packs. Thats £144 a month. Exantes a lot cheaper.

Ive noticed that exante packs have a slightly higher calorie content compared to LT. Does this make a difference? I have a physical job so was wondering if the few extra cals would be better?

 that makes it ONE pound a week cheaper than Exante, but as a rule people dont get it through their doctor so its lots cheaper
