    Why can folk who use Cambridge have coke or dr pepper zero.

    Some cdc say you can, some say you cant :) You have to try for yourself to see if it knocks you out of ketosis or not

    You can have them because they contain malic acid which doesn't knock you out of ketosis. Citric acid which is in most diet drinks can knock you out of ketosis so they should be avoided

    And you can also have vegetable boullin (sp) As a winter warmer :)

    has anyone tried an oxo cube in hot water, i think its lovely, think its ok starlight?
