Hello, just ordered first lot of exante. Did CD 7 years ago and lost 6st, maintained well, but after two surgical procedures gained 2st. So have to sort this now or be bavk where i was.CD no longer an option as counsellor too far away, also Exante ££££££'s cheaper than other option which is LL

Hi, I started exante yesterday. Same as u lost doing a similar diet few years ago. I did LL Lost 4 stone but it's on back on
I need to re loose my 4stone!
How are u getting on with exante? What plan are you following?
Are there any meals u don't enjoy? I had curry last night it was grim lol. I had to attack the spice cupboard to make it easier to eat.

Hiya, I'm on day 2 of exante , I did LL 3 years ago and lost 4 stone but put it all back on
Need to loose 4/5 stone before I'm 40 in October.
Have u started it yet?
