Exante or LT

I have done LT befoe and lost 3st in 7 weeks, I still need to lose another 7 stone and I can't decide if I should give Exante a go just because it is cheaper and I can order it online.....Has anyone else done both? Which did you prefer?

I haven't done either (!) but I just wanted to suggest that you have a look at Slim and Save too - there's a forum on here for it. It has quite a few 'meals' and allows some conventional food too. You order online and is good value for money. You can order a taster pack of 25 different packs for £25 to try them.

If you're looking into Exante I'd definitely consider Slim and Save. Ive found it far easier to stick to than Exante

I haven't tried Exante but for me it was Slim and save all the way. I found them tasty and satisfying.
