Exante or Slim and Save?

Hi!

I'm going to be making a purchase of one of these VLCD's on the 19th of October and I'm still torn between the two! I'm leaning more towards
Slim and Save but don't think I'll feel right doing a 5 a day option that Slim and Save has... I've only eaten two meals per day for three months now and I get full really easily.

Would I be okay doing the four items per day Slim and Save pack if I take a multivit?

I'd definitely recommend S and S. our be best contacting them and asking if 4 packs will be enough.


Their packs are a million times nicer than Exante
