Hiya everyone today I have started exante ts diet I didn't think it would be this hard lol Iv got daughter who is 2 and for the life of me I carnt stick to healthy eating so thought I'd give this ago hasn't gone to bad today had 1st shake at 11 2nd at 3 I'll have tea shake at 7 it's good hubby is also healthy eating so no pizzas in my face lol unless I'm cooking for kiddies then again I eat a salad if I could I just need this kick start any tips or anything would be gratefull x Claire x
