Walking is fine but get the first fews days of ss over you . no long hauls in the gym remember your on a vlcd good luck

Hi Locana...Walk as much as you can, gentle exercise at the beginning is good (listen to your body) and make sure you keep up the water! From what has been said on here, if you are already doing exercise keep it up...nothing too 'hard-core' as you are only on 500ish calories!
