Hi All,

Bit gutted I am here but also excited, I lost 5 stone Jan - Apr 08 but put every lb back on through pregnancy but my little boy is 5 months old now & joining back up Tomorrow evening !!!

Are the losses the same for returners or would they be slower ??

Any advice would be great not sure if it would be a help or hinder that I have done it before.

The losses are the same and seem to follow a similar pattern as far as I have observed.

Congrats on the baby -- and deciding to come back and lose the weight. The good think about being a "restarter" is that you know you can lose the weight, because you already have.
