Hi all need some inspiration to get active again!! Got alot on at the moment but i clearly am using this to excuse myself from exercise!! Was a demon on my cross trainer a few weeks ago and was going on some mega walks!! but iv'e just stopped along with my weight loss!! How do you get motivated??:wave_cry:

Find a local Zumba class! It is fantastic and gives you a great 'BUZZ'! You sweat (pardon the expression!) like a pig and you get through at least a litre of water in an hour. The feeling after you finish is sensational! I am 60 and 16 stone!!!

i want to have a go at zumba. I looked it up on you tube, it looks amazing. I will have to find a class near me.
