Hi guys
Does anyone do exercise DVDs (celebrity style ones, etc) that generally follow the same pattern...warm up/three fat burning and toning sections/cool down usually lasting an hour in total? If so, how many activity points do you give yourself for this kind of exercise? I figure its not all one level of intensity the whole way through?!
